Reliance launches ISD pack 28, offers calls at Rs 6.5 per minute

Chandigarh, 21 July, 2010

Reliance Communications, India’s largest telecom service provider to offer nationwide GSM and CDMA services, has launched ISD pack 28 for its subscribers in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and J&K. With the monthly recharge of just Rs 28, a subscriber can make ISD call to Nepal, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Yemen for just Rs 6.50 per minute.

With the validity of 30 days, this ISD pack is available for the both prepaid GSM and CDMA subscribers. During this validity period, all other calls can be enjoyed as per prevailing tariff.

Shri Arvind Kumar, Hub Head, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal and J&K circles, on this occasion, said” Thousands of youngsters in Punjab, Haryana Himachal Pradesh and J&K go every year to oil rich Gulf countries in search of better job opportunities. Nepal is the only neighbour country of India with open border. A large number of Nepalese have come and settled in these states.ISD pack 28 will enable them to be in touch with their relatives and friends, residing in Gulf countries and Nepal, in a better and effective way”
